75 Cents per square foot is what i charge for my business, and people always tell me great price, and hope they can get me again next year for around the same price

Call a janitorial service and ask them how much they charge per square foot.

For Commercial projects I budget about 13 cents a sf. Experience will teach you. Just do a couple of small project and see how much you make.

you want to base your price on a Co. Figure. say: $35.00 per hour per person.+ material.See how many sq.ft. pr hr. you can high speed Buff a floor.ok........if you "Bid" a job... strip..mop..wax...you triple the cost per sq.ft.your doing 3 times the work.
