...Technology in the shortest time? (i.e DBMS,OS,Language and its uses)I have a degree in IT but not practiced. So I would like to know how I can reassociate myself with IT before getting a job in this field. It has been almost 3 years since I stopped practicing it.

There are lots of online resources, but let me offer some advice. There's no way to learn it well enough to do it, faster than it takes to actually gain a certain level of experience. You can't have a baby in 1 month with 9 women just because it takes 9 months with 1 woman.
